SGP41 VOC and NOX sensor (for intelligent regulation of air handling equipment)
SGP4 is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) and NOx (Nitrogen Oxide Compound) sensor, which is designed as a digital smart switch and regulation unit, which can be applied to air treatment equipment (such as purifiers). Thanks to Sensirion’s powerful gas index algorithm, the two sensor signals are processed by the algorithm, which can directly and automatically trigger the air treatment device without user participation. Therefore, this sensor solution is ideal for continuous monitoring of VOCs and NOx, including potentially harmful environments that are not detectable by humans. In addition, the air handling equipment based on the SGP41 signal has an automatic control function, which will shut down the equipment once the VOC and/or NOx problem has been dealt with, helping to save energy. Targeting polluting gases in real-life environments, the SGP41’s multi-pixel sensing element offers unrivaled reliability, long-term stability and low drift.
